Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

1. Donation Entry:
Receive one (1) entry for every $25 donated to Dutchy’s Giving Table during the promotion period.

2. Free Entry (No Donation Required):
To enter without making a donation, submit your name, email address, and phone number via the contact form at the bottom of this page:

Free entries will be given equal weight as paid entries.

Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted from May 5, 2026 through May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Dutchy’s Gift Card valued at $250.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about June 1, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to allow Dutchy’s to use their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Dutchy’s reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Dutchy’s is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
