Role Overview
Licensed Financial Professionals (LFPs) are responsible for providing personalized financial guidance to clients, helping them build, manage, and protect their wealth. They assess client needs, recommend appropriate financial products, and develop long-term strategies aligned with individual goals. Note, you don’t need to be currently licensed in your state to join us because we will help you obtain licensure.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ financial situations and objectives
- Recommend suitable investment, insurance, and financial planning solutions
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and brokerage standards
- Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships
- Provide ongoing client support, reviews, and education
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must pass a background check (no disqualifying criminal history)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
