Shipping policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received. All shipments are sent via FedEx with tracking and are delivered without a signature required.

If you prefer FedEx delivery with a required signature, this option is available at an additional cost. Please contact us before selecting this method so we can arrange it for you. Regardless of the shipping option chosen, you will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your order. We recommend placing all items in a single order, as we are unable to combine separate orders placed individually. Shipping charges apply to each order.

Packages are shipped at the buyer’s risk; however, we take great care in packaging to protect your items. All boxes are appropriately sized, and fragile items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
