Biltong Storage & Quality
Biltong orders delivered within 7 days of shipment should arrive in good condition. However, biltong is a natural product and may develop mold if not stored correctly. Upon delivery, biltong must be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. We cannot accept responsibility for the condition of biltong that is not stored as recommended after delivery, as confirmed by the carrier. By placing an order on our website, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these storage requirements.

You are required to contact us within 24 hours of delivery should there be any discrepancies with your package.

Chocolate Orders (Warm Weather Disclaimer)
While we take great care in packaging, we are unable to accept liability or claims for chocolate items that may melt during transit, particularly during hot summer months.

Perishable Products
Due to the nature of perishable goods, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All perishable products are ordered and shipped at the buyer’s risk.

Delivery & Storage Responsibility
We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from:

• Perishable items not being stored correctly upon delivery

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Packages left unattended or not received at the time of delivery
