Local Pickup & Delivery Disclaimer

Local delivery is available Monday through Saturday within a 10-mile radius of both our Plantation and Boca Raton locations.

Please note that orders must be fulfilled from the location where they are placed:

• Orders placed for Boca Raton cannot be picked up or delivered from Plantation.
• Orders placed for Plantation cannot be picked up or delivered from Boca Raton.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcoholic beverages are available for local delivery from both Plantation & Boca Raton. A valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Dutchy’s is not liable for the condition of items once they are in transit.

Once an order is placed, delivery addresses cannot be changed. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address entered at checkout. Dutchy’s is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
