Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
- List, market, and sell residential and commercial properties
- Deliver a high-end, concierge-style experience to every client
- Negotiate deals and guide clients from contract to close
- Stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities
- Build long-term relationships and repeat/referral business
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License (Sales Associate or Broker)
