Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, measured with a meat thermometer.

Alternative Pan-Fry Preparation: If frozen, thaw completely in the refrigerator. Remove packaging and place in a frying pan with a small amount of oil over medium-low heat. Cook gently, turning regularly with tongs, until evenly browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F, measured with a meat thermometer. Avoid pricking or splitting the casings to help prevent the cheese from escaping. Reduce the heat if the outside browns too quickly.

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen for longer storage or refrigerated at 40°F or below for use within 1–2 days. Once thawed in the refrigerator, cook within 1–2 days. Do not thaw at room temperature.
