Ingredients

Chicken breast, onions, apricots, bell peppers, chutney, apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, corn starch, citric acid, garlic, and spices. Contains milk, wheat, egg, and soy.
Instructions

Recommended Braai/Grill Preparation Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely in the refrigerator before cooking. Remove packaging and braai/grill over medium heat, turning regularly for even cooking. Avoid direct flames and move to a cooler part of the grill if the marinade begins to burn. Cook until the centre of the thickest chicken pieces reaches 165°F, measured with a meat thermometer.

Alternative Pan-Fry Preparation: If frozen, thaw completely in the refrigerator. Remove packaging and place the sosaties in a large frying pan with a small amount of oil over medium-low heat. Cook gently, turning regularly with tongs for even cooking. Reduce the heat if the marinade begins to brown too quickly. Cook until the centre of the thickest chicken pieces reaches 165°F, measured with a meat thermometer.

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen for longer storage or refrigerated at 40°F or below for use within 1–2 days. Once thawed in the refrigerator, cook within 1–2 days. Do not thaw at room temperature.
